Covid-19; Strict lockdown restrictions reimposed in Bhadarwah after Officials from Admin and Hospital report positive

Bhadarwah , July 20: After reportedly officials from Administration and Hospital authorities reported positive, strict lockdown restrictions were reimposed in entire additional district Bhadarwah.
According to reports, curbs to contain the spread of coronavirus were reinforced in Bhadarwah town and it’s peripheral areas after persons from Admin and Health Deptt were reported positive.
A random sampling of Administration and Health employees were done some days back. Out of which some of the officials turned to be Covid-19 positive.
After the reports came positive, on Monday afternoon, administration again announced strict lockdown, stopped all the vehicular traffic across Bhadarwah Valley, asked the shopkeepers not to open their establishment and also prohibited people from coming out unnecessarily.
While confirming the news, ADC Bhadarwah Rakesh Kumar said that two days lockdown has been announced in Bhadarwah.
“There will be complete lock-down in Bhadarwah and all shops and offices to remain closed except Medical Stores, Vegetable shops and Banks,” ADC Bhadarwah, Rakesh Kumar informed.
Meanwhile SDPO Bhadarwah Aadil Rishu said that people need not to panic as it’s aimed at to complete contact tracing smoothly of positive cases and to get their sampling done. Lockdown restrictions were imposed only as a precautionary measure.
