Employees of JK Forest Development Corporation hold protest, demand immediate release of wages

Bhaderwah , 23 July: Today a meeting cum peaceful protest was held at Divisional premises of Forest Development Corporation Division Bhaderwah under the direct control of Spokesperson Sh. Suresh Kumar (JKFCEF) of Jammu and kashmir Union territory and following demands were highlighted.

01- Release salary of 03 months w-e-f April to June 2020 on priority basis keeping in view the holy festival of Eid-ul-fitr.

02- Implementation of 7th pay commission from 01-01-2017.

03- Release of 6th pay and DA arrears with in one month period.

04- Regularization of All CDLs

05 Issuance of order for pensionary benefits of all SFC employees in view of Court veridiction.

Besides of that employees also demands that govt have framed a 08 member committee in the month of May 2029 to make rules and format for the Development Corporation but till date not a single member of the committee has shown any interest nor they have make any rules and format as ordered by the govt. We are also demanding that the framed committee should immediately obey the orders of the govt so that we can have a rey of hope as we are struggling a lot in daily life basis.

They also said that on 22 July Govt of Jammu and Kashmir’s finance department has released Grant-in-aid in favour of J&K Forest Development Corporation and we are requesting to MD JKFDC kindly release as soon as possible.
