Khilafwarzi inspector among 2 suspended of remaining absent from duty in Sopore

Sopore, April 20 : Two government employees were suspended for being absent from duty without authorisation in north Kashmir’s Sopore town on Monday.

An official told that on Monday a local administration team conducted an intensive market checking in different parts of town on the directions of Additional Deputy Commissioner Sopore Sajad Parvaiz Ganie.

The official said that during the drive, the Khilafwarzi inspector of Municipal Council Sopore and a salesman from CAPD department found unauthorisedly absent from duty and both placed under suspension, the official added.

Confirming to Additional Deputy Commissioner Sopore Parvaiz Sajad Ganai said both employees found absent during the drive and have been suspended. He also directed the officials to remain regular, maintain punctuality in the offices and also maintain all records regarding tours, departure report, movement register etc. He also directed all the officials to work with dedication and sincerity and redress the grievances of public on priority.(KD)
