Laughter is an important part of our life. It normalizes blood pres
sure and reduces stress. It helps us in boosting immunity which
in turn increases our resistance towards diseases. It boosts our mood and hence makes us emotionally strong enough to face. Laughter helps us in controlling our emotions, thus add years to our life by finding great happiness.It relaxes our whole body resulting in releasing tension and calming our mind. It improves the function of blood vessels and enhance the blood flow, so the heart gets safeguarded from cardiovascular problems. Laughter burns calories and helps us to keep fit, slim and energetic.
During a laugh, respiration, heart rate and blood pressure temporarily rise. This causes oxygen to surge through the bloodstream that then results in lower blood pressure.  Laughter improves the function of blood vessels and increases blood flow, which can help protect against a heart attack and other cardiovascular problems. Laughter reduces pain and allows toleration of discomfort.  Laughter reduces blood sugar levels, increasing glucose tolerance in diabetics and non-diabetics alike. Laughter relaxes the whole body, relieving tension and stress.Laughing burns calories – laughter is sometimes referred to as “inner jogging”. A hearty laugh gives the muscles of the face, chest, shoulders, stomach and diaphragm a good workout.
Laughter is a form of emotion, but it also contributes toward giving positive vibes to the people in touch with us. Laughter not only contributes towards your personal wellbeing but also leaves a good impression on others. Laughter is free of cost, even making others laugh too does not require much effort, so, try spreading happiness all around by smiling and making others laugh too.

Laughter is also the exercise in which you inhale oxygen which will enhance blood flow and stimulate heart.Laughter protects the heart. LOWERS BLOOD PRESSURE:-One of the simplest medicine to reduce our blood pressure is laughter. Besides, there are no side effects of laughter. There are only positive effects on one’s well being through laughter. Thus, it becomes important to have a daily dose of laughter to control our blood pressure.

LAUGHTER BOOSTS THE IMMUNE SYSTEM:-Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving resistance to disease.

BOOSTING MOOD:-During laughter, endorphins are released that promote various types of well-being, including the temporary reduction of pain. Laughing also has the power to stop distressing emotions, giving the mind a chance to recharge. Laughter may also give us the power to regulate emotions in the face of challenge.

OVERALL WELL-BEING:- Practicing laughter everyday will heal  faster. It is a well- known fact that people who have positive attitude towards life fight diseases better than those who always have negative outlook towards life.
