MY TOWN MY PRIDE PROGRAM HELD AT PAMPORE

Pampore, 19 October: The ambitious urban outreach programme “My Town My Pride” aimed at reaching out to people for maximum coverage under beneficiary oriented schemes, grievance redressal and participatory planning process was held at Town hall Pampore today.
Sajjad Hussain Ganaie (director skill development) visiited the above said program.
Officers from all concerned departments were present on the occassion.During the program, hundreds of people from Pampore town lodged their grievances while some issues were also discussed between Director Skill Development Sajjad Hussain and the people. He assured the people that their legitimate demands would be resolved on priority basis.
The Director said that the purpose of this program is to bring the officers of all departments to the doorsteps of the people to listen the grievances of the people and to strengthen democracy so that the problems of the people can be easily solved and can be helped in the new era of development.
Apart from Director Skill Development Sajjad Hussain, Tehsildar Pampore Ishtiyaq Mohiuddin, Nodal Officer Abdul Rashid Shah, Chairman MC Pampore and Counsellors were also present over there.
