The complainant further alleged that a PRC was issued to accused in connivance with Revenue officials including Arshad Iqbal Malik, the then Patwari Samote, who is a close relative of Abdul Manan Malik. The accused Patwari Arshad Iqbal Malik made wrong entries in Revenue records and Ration Card of Abdul Manan, enabling him to procure a fake PRC for facilitating him undue benefits thereof.
On basis of complaint, the office of Assistant Commissioner Revenue initiated enquiry and verification was got done through Tehsildar Koteranka who reported that aforesaid accused Abdul Manan is a resident of village Samote and his file was processed and recommended to Addl. Deputy commissioner Rajouri, for issuance of PRC for village Gundi. Subsequently, Assistant Commissioner Revenue Rajouri, Sachin Dev Singh Jamwal, established in an enquiry that aforesaid accused is resident of village Samote and not of village Gundi and therefore if at all PRC is issued in his favour from Village Gundi, the same may be treated as illegal.
